After-Sales Service Policy

Dear customer

Welcome to EasyDser!

In order to better serve you, we have formulated an After-Sales Service Policy to help you deal with problems after placing an order.

Please note that this policy is only applicable to orders within 50 days after paid, and After-Sales Service Policy are not accepted for orders beyond 50 days after paid.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Refunds (if applicable)

We accept the refund request for all paid orders, but orders beyond 50 days after paid. You could simply apply your refund request in “Purchase Orders”, and attach the reason why you would like to refund. (e.g. My customer didn’t received the order.)

Resend(if applicable)

We accept the resend request for all delivered orders.

If the package your customers received are defective/incorrect/damaged, or simply not satisfied with the order. You could simply apply your resend request in “Purchase Orders”, and attach the reason why you would like to resend. (e.g. My customer received wrong product.)

In some cases, you may be required to attach a photo of the defective product for proof in order to resend the product.
